Parma, 12 July, 2024 \u2013 Parma Calcio have announced that the head coach of the Women’s First Team, Salvatore Colantuono, has renewed his contract with the Gialloblu.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
A UEFA A licensed coach and Pro Match Analyst FIGC, Colantuono joined Parma in the 2023\/24 season after his experience with Cittadella Women. During his two seasons leading the Veneto team, he achieved a third-place finish in Serie B in 2022\/23 and a sixth-place finish in 2021\/22.<\/p>\n
In his first season at the helm of the Gialloblu Women\u2019s First Team, he secured a third-place finish in Serie B, narrowly missing promotion to Serie A. Last January 2024, his work and dedication were recognised nationally with the Silver Bench award at Coverciano, granted to the best coach of the season in Serie B.<\/p>\n
In addition to his on-field commitments, Colantuono is also a speaker and instructor for courses, as well as the author of various publications, and has served as a FIGC Selector.<\/p>\n
