Being the captain of Parma, especially in Serie A, is something fantastic. It’s really the group as a whole that acts as captain. We are a group of young guys, we all feel important and try to keep things going. The first matchday? Unfortunately, I am suspended. But the first three games against Fiorentina, AC Milan, and Napoli are high-level matches, highly motivating. It’s definitely a completely different league compared to Serie B. We are a very young team. But we have this challenge, together with the coach, to carry forward what we did last year, the positivity we created, the way of playing with quality. We want to take on this challenge of trying to bring that to Serie A, knowing we will need everyone, the city, and the fans, who supported us from the first to the last match last year. This year, it will be a different, tougher league, with more sacrifices to make. But we have this mentality, full of enthusiasm and positivity, that we want to carry into Serie A since the first year the coach arrived’.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n THE SEASON TICKET CAMPAIGN IS GOING CRAZY<\/strong><\/p>\n ‘We will face teams that will pin us in our own half, teams that play in the Champions League or Europa League in the first few matches. We will have to work on that as well, the important thing is the sacrifice each of us will have to make for the team, making ourselves available for the team and working on all aspects with the coach. The dream match? There are many teams I want to face. Being from Bergamo, playing against Atalanta will be emotional, but I will have to wait the whole year because it\u2019s the last match of the season.
